Ember is a fully mobile, open-air restaurant experience built around live-fire cooking and chef-driven menus. We partner with farms, breweries, and wineries across Connecticut to create destination dinners—seasonal, modern, and designed for the setting. Ember is heading to Anderson Farm in the heart of Wethersfield for three nights of open-air fall dining.

Join us October 1–3 for a seasonal, à la carte menu built around what New England farms are giving us at the start of October. Expect live-fire cooking, local ingredients, craft cocktails, wine, and a menu that feels like fall without getting too heavy.

Dinner will be served under the tent Thursday through Saturday, with reservations available throughout the evening.
