The Halloween Stroll 2026 hosted by the Moms & More Club of West Hartford takes place at West Hartford Center and Blue Back Square (65 Memorial Road, West Hartford, CT 06107), plus the front lawn of West Hartford Town Hall. Free and open to all ages.
